Chef Giorgio Ozzano

Born in Genoa, Giorgia began dreaming about cooking long before she ever called it a job. There were no tables and no guests, just a countryside attic. In summer, with her grandmother, she would knead flour, water and eggs, with old 45s playing in the background.
And while the music turned slowly, Giorgia understood that that moment wouldn’t stay up in the attic: she would carry it with her, wherever she went.
