Giorgia -Giò for friends and family- realized her dream to open a small restaurant in The Netherlands in late 2021.Giò Cucina Italiana is a little spot in Amsterdam where Giorgia can finally share with her guests the recipes she learnt from her mom and grandma, the flavors of her childhood and the most traditional italian dishes to which she adds her personal creative touch in order to offer the best dining experience.
